Unakite is a mottled stone of pink feldspar and green epidote — a gentle, balancing crystal that unites the energies of the heart and the will.
Working through the Heart and Third Eye chakras (element Earth), it brings emotional balance, releases old grief and blockages held in the body, and supports patient growth, healthy relationships, and gradual recovery. It is a favourite stone for slow, steady healing. Hold it over the heart to release what you have outgrown, or carry it through a long process of growth and renewal.
