Black Onyx is the stone you reach for when you decide to become unshakeable. A deep black, banded chalcedony worn for centuries as armour for the mind, it gathers your scattered power back into your own hands so you meet the hard moment as its master, not its victim.

History & lore. In classical magic onyx was engraved with the figure of Mars or the hero Hercules and carried for courage when facing adversaries. It has a long reputation as a private, defensive stone, said to help you keep your own counsel, hold your ground, and turn back negativity aimed your way.
