The throat chakra (Vishuddha) is the body's center of communication, honesty, and self-expression. When it is open you say the true thing clearly and kindly. When it is blocked you go quiet, over-explain, or swallow what you needed to say. These blue and blue-green crystals are the ones practitioners reach for before hard conversations, public speaking, boundary-setting, and any moment that asks you to be heard.
Each stone works a little differently. Some cool a hot temper, some loosen a tight throat, some keep the heart open while you speak. Carry one in your pocket on a day you know will be difficult, hold it at the base of your throat during meditation, or keep it on your desk by the phone.
